Superduper began as a small retail venture with a simple belief that business should create opportunities for people who are often overlooked. From the start, we opened our doors to individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds, empowering them with meaningful work and practical skills. As we grew, so did our vision. 

What started with retail expanded into logistics, where we built strong capabilities in warehouse management and last-mile delivery. This journey sparked the creation of Cibeez, our supply chain intelligence platform that helps businesses simplify operations through smart technology. With the same spirit of innovation, we launched Labs, a space dedicated to developing bold ideas and future-ready solutions. 

Recognizing the need for inclusive learning, we formed Superduper Learning, creating specialized training programs that empower learners of all abilities, with a strong focus on supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Alongside this, we established Superduper Energy, committed to driving sustainable projects that power communities and shape a better tomorrow.
